In my High-Tech Training Manuals class, I identified an issue within a company and provided solutions based on research.

I conducted primary research to understand the issue from the client and synthesized the data to provide solutions in the form of job aids.
Shadowing the employees allowed me to understand their environment and tailor the solutions for what would work best for them.
The theme for the solutions was interactivity and referenceability. By learning together, employees would feel more comfortable asking questions and communicating their needs. Because of the incredible amount of information, having referenceable job aids like videos and step-by-step instructions would reduce mistakes and questions.
