I created an individual report to the client detailing the SWOT analysis I performed. The beauty of the SWOT analysis for this client was not only outlining the trouble areas but providing a practical solution that could be implemented immediately.
Referencing JoAnn Hackos’ Information Process Maturity Model, I provided evidentiary support to the client for the disconnect between the internal and external documentation repositories and why my suggestions were necessary.
